How you make a difference
* You analyse the needs of internal partners and develop user-centric Power BI solutions in relation to customer touchpoints.
* You support Power BI controllers in optimizing framework conditions and share your knowledge of customer intelligence and marketing topics such as campaign dashboards and discovering third-party offers.
* Working closely with data scientists, data engineers and internal and external staff, you advise clients and take on the role of advisor and expert.
* You process large data volumes for visualizations in an efficient, sustainable manner and make them available via Power BI with the relevant stakeholders in mind.
* You identify dependencies and potential in automation and AI, and develop forward-thinking, data-driven solutions.
* You promote knowledge sharing within the team and ensure that support requests are handled efficiently.
What you have to offer
* You have a university degree in informatics, business informatics or business administration.
* You have an in-depth understanding of the Power BI platform, including report creation, data models, data sources, DWHs, DAX calculations and data integration.
* You optimize Power BI reports to ensure they run smoothly, even with large datasets.
* You have experience with KPI dashboards on customer insights and significant experience in using Power BI with a range of data sources (e.g. AWS, Oracle, BW).
* Knowledge of BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau and SAP Datasphere is an advantage.
* You have good proficiency in German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
