How you’ll make an impact
1. Contribute to key research projects focusing on metal oxide varistor materials and their manufacturing processes
2. Obtain an understanding of the relationship between process parameters, microstructure, and material characteristics
3. Document findings in reports and present test results to the research team
Your background
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Materials Science/Engineering or a related discipline (official enrollment is essential)
2. Experience in ceramics and sinter technology of advantage
3. Experience in laboratory work and background knowledge in material analysis methods such as microscope, SEM and spectroscopy
4. Enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset and ability to work independently
5. Highly conscientious individual with keen sense of responsibility
6. Fluent command of English, both written and spoken (German language is a plus)
