Account Manager - Performance Software, Football
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality services to football teams, leagues, and federations. Our cutting-edge technology includes player tracking, team performance software, officiating solutions, and live broadcast deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with football teams to support contract implementation, onboard, and educate
2. Provide guidance to performance departments on Second Spectrum software and other services
3. Cultivate sales and usage of Second Spectrum services to maximize value for teams
4. Ensure teams are aware of upsell services and collaborate with Senior Account Managers to sell these services
5. Collaborate with internal teams to report client feedback and inform software development roadmap
6. Act as a primary point of contact for teams and support matchday operations
Requirements:
1. Detailed knowledge of the football industry with established network
2. Ideal experience working in sports science or match analysis for a significant period
3. Fluent in French and English (German or other languages an asset)
4. Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to translate insights
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Flexibility to adapt to business demands (e.g., remote work on matchdays)
7. Self-motivated individual with strong reporting skills
8. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
9. Willingness to travel across France for in-person meetings with teams
10. Full clean driving license
