In External Quality we serve our patients through external partnerships because access to quality products is every patient’s right. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage quality activities in Clinical and Commercial PT distribution and GMP/GDP operations.
2. Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical and commercial materials.
3. Oversee transport activities, quality at warehousing, distribution centers, and external partners.
4. Handle customer complaints and design customer-centric solutions.
5. Build quality capabilities within Distribution Quality Chapter and Country Quality Network.
6. Drive continuous improvements based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
7. Ensure audit and inspection readiness in distribution operations.
8. Implement and evolve quality requirements in collaboration with external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate across supply chain, PD, and Country Quality Network.
2. Resolve quality issues and foster cross-functional partnerships.
3. Sign documents as per Roche policies.
4. Adhere to Roche’s Code of Conduct and support departmental objectives.
5. Maintain and communicate work priorities to meet goals.
6. Mentor and coach colleagues.
7. Contribute to organizational transformation and customer focus.
Who you are:
1. B.A. or B.S. in life sciences or equivalent.
2. Experience in pharmaceuticals or related field, particularly in Quality Assurance/Management or Supply Chain.
3. Knowledge of Good Distribution/Manufacturing Practices and ISO Standards.
4. Familiarity with business systems (e.g., SAP, TrackWise).
5. Problem-solving skills and project management experience.
6. Strong customer focus.
7. Experience leading cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
8. Fluency in oral and written English.
