We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. This role will contribute to the success of a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with contracts, building permits, and customer correspondence.
* Support the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
* Manage document collection and liaison with authorities regarding approvals and processes.
* Handle customer and merchant inquiries, providing excellent service and solutions.
* Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and support ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in German and French, both verbal and written. Good command of English language is considered a plus.
* Must have legal right to work in the European Union, without the need for any visa sponsorship.
