Currently we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will work closely with the head of HR and the business leaders to support strategic and operational HR topics within the whole employee lifecycle. You will be the deputy head of HR in case of vacation or other absences of the head of HR and there is also a development opportunity into the head of HR role in future.
What you can expect from the role:
HR consulting and coaching of employees and managers in the legal entity with a strong focus on labour law, change, performance management and employee engagement
Connect HR activities with business priorities and support managers in their decision making based on HR data
Coordinate annual salary review and bonus process
Coordinate the annual performance process and support managers
Drive recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring manager
Employer branding for the entity in cooperation with marketing/communications
Manage HR master data as key user for #APeople (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central module)
HR Administration throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including employment contracts and compensation & benefits
Develop and maintain HR policies and processes
Payroll administration & support in travel management / mobility (visa topics…)
Responsible for HR projects, such as implementation of new modules in #APeople (SAP SuccessFactors)
Drive culture, engagement, as well as diversity & inclusion programs based on global framework in the entity incl. training & support for local managers & employees
Support managers on people-related internal communication
Work closely with the global HR BP and support the implementation of global HR guidelines & policies on local level
Your qualification and experience:
Customer focused open personality with ownership for performance and shared commitment
Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, labour law or related field
Min. 4-5 years working experience in a HR related role with a strong business focus, ideally in engineering or automotive industry
