YOUR TASKS
Develop, monitor, and refine business plans to ensure they align with company goals and drive progress through clear metrics
Support the design and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion
Coordinate with markets to prepare and consolidate monthly reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis
Lead the preparation of monthly business reviews, including agenda setting, performance analysis, and pre-meeting preparations with market teams
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across hierarchy levels and markets
Act as a key support to the Head of Sales Strategy and Business Development for various ad hoc tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution of responsibilities
YOUR PROFILE
Education at tertiary level with focus on sales
3 to 5 years experience in sales analysis, strategic planning or a related role, ideally in a global or cross functional setup
Result-oriented and able to make analytical decisions
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent English spoken and written verbal skills (C1/C2), fluency in German (B2/C1) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office knowledge complete your profile
