Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be
Wallet Strategy & Development:
Define and execute the strategy for a customer-facing wallet
Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
Manage, innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts
Your expertise:
7+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce
Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupon
Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customer-centric solutions
Desirable:
Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
Experience in the travel industry
