What it's about
Content Experts support the capital raising and efforts related to Partners Group's Private Credit platform by developing the full spectrum of editorial content and other marketing collateral, such as pitchbooks, teasers, private placement memorandum (PPM), due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) and request for proposal (RFP) responses, texts for client reports, investor letters, multimedia (videos, social media), product update presentations, presentations for due diligence events, and broader educational material. They convey our messaging and position us in our marketing material consistently.
To strengthen our marketing activities in Private Credit, we are hiring an additional senior analyst-level content expert in our brand-new Zug campus. The new hire will be integrated into our existing global Credit Marketing team that spans three continents with a presence in Zug, Denver and Manila.
Key activities:
Understand and analyze portfolio developments with a focus on quantitative data, and craft the language used for marketing material, portfolio reports, and other collateral in support of capital raising activity, with a focus on large investments, meaningful realizations, valuation drivers, and other relevant developments.
Preparing, optimizing and publishing digital content for multiple online channels and targeted campaigns.
Pitchbook updates and population of update presentation templates (increasingly utilizing AI).
Preparation of compelling content for client publications and client events, including Academies, investor calls, due diligence days, etc.
Oversee and respond to client requests relating to credit focused investment programs.
Take responsibility in projects to support the development and growth of the team.
What we expect:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in a similar role in the financial industry: investment banking, financial advisory, management consulting, or experience in the investment management industry is a plus.
Strong academic credentials with a post-secondary degree, ideally in a business field.
A strong understanding of and interest in credit investments, private markets, portfolio management, institutional investment, and associated trends.
Excellent ability with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong foundation of data analytics and project management skills.
Strong writing skills, flawless command of written English and a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices.
Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default.
