YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects as well as newly joined customers helping them to understand how Coface Business Information solutions will help them.
* Act and support for clients with Business Information contracts and secure long term profitable relationships with them.
* Support sales and Marketing on the development of a growth and acquisition strategy and the offer positioning as well as in managing leads and feeding back activity results.
* Back-office responsibility and active support of the Sales- and Account Management-Teams in Oerlikon and Lausanne for all administrative matters related to the preparation of offers and creation of contracts.
* Collecting and preparing requirement information’s to manage the proof of concept process together with the pre-sales department
* Preparing price indications in coordination with our sales teams
* Ensure and monitor all compliance requirements for new and existing business (KYC, KYI and UBO processes) in collaboration with our shared service center abroad.
* Controlling, reporting and management of customer consumption
* Various support functions in the area of sales/marketing and project management.
* Monitor and support invoicing process in collaboration with our shared service center abroad.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Education :
* Higher education Degree level (business school or university).
* Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
Experience :
* Proven experience of 5 years in Account Management in the sale of service.
Competencies:
* Fluency in French, German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (Italian).
* Detailed oriented, precise working, supportive and client oriented character.
* Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines and approach problems in an independent, flexible, systematic and anticipatory manner.
* Result-oriented and self-motivating
* Be creative, innovative, and passionate in your approach to driving sales as farmer with hunting approach
* Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
