On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation medical devices and transform healthcare through innovative design.

Requirements:
1. Represent the voice of patients and users in product design discussions.
2. Identify user profiles, tasks, usability risks, and requirements.
3. Translate user needs and research insights into efficient and user-friendly experiences.
4. Create usability deliverables in compliance with IEC 62366 standards.
5. Plan, execute, and document usability studies for hardware and software medical devices.
6. Facilitate workshops with product teams to gather system-level information.
7. Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability in design processes.
8. Provide mentorship to junior designers and contribute to team development.
Competences:
1. Education: BSc in Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Factors Engineering and Design Control Management.
3. Expertise in usability engineering for medical devices involving hardware and software.
4. Proven track record in planning, executing, and documenting usability studies.
5. Skills: Knowledge of IEC 62366 and FDA guidance on human factors engineering.
6. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
7. Fluent in English.
