The IKEA Food business has been on a transformation journey for many years to be more integrated into the overall IKEA business, organization and Way of working. On this journey we’re doing some amazing things in IKEA Supply chain; therefore we need some amazing people – this position is not an exception. To strengthen our organization in a long-term perspective, we are now looking for a Solution Architect within the areas of Supply Chain Planning.
In the role as Solution Architect you will work with:
* Detailing IT functional and non-functional requirements for given business requirements.
* Securing that IT solutions fulfil the agreed needs by developing and reviewing high-level design and approving the low-level design of the implementation.
* Governing that the design of the solutions conforms to the overall solution architecture and is in line with the overall enterprise architecture.
* Contributing to the definition of the stories and epics in the tertial planning of the Digital Product Area backlog.
Qualifications
What we’d like you to bring to the table:
We expect you to have solid experience in Infor M3 and good knowledge of how to work with M3 process and technical development, preferably in a large-scale business. You have strong personal leadership, are curious, and great at building relationships with end users, business stakeholders, and other related product and platform teams. As a person, you are appreciated for your collaborative spirit and how you lead with a strong focus on both process, platform, and people.
For the position we believe that you are:
* Structured and experienced in using models, methods, and tools within analysis and design.
* Knowledgeable of general IT frames e.g. standards, infrastructure and platforms, frameworks, ensuring that the solution design conforms to the overall solution architecture and development concepts and processes.
* Analytical with a mindset to solve problems and can see the big picture while focusing on details to deliver conclusions and create solutions from them.
* Knowledgeable in Supply Chain processes and way of working from a large global retailer and/or wholesaler.
* Experienced in integrated planning and agile ways of working.
For the position, we believe that you have deep knowledge in the Infor M3 and Infor OS platform together with its related modules that support the different business processes.
To be successful in the position we believe that you have:
* Solid experience in the Infor M3 programs that support the business planning and operations processes such as Supply Chain Planning and its connection to master data, warehouse management, shipping & distribution, and financial management.
* Knowledge and experience from different supply chain planning methods and fulfilment models and how it’s supported by M3.
