Your future Team:
We are a team of 2 Sales Coordinators reporting to the Sales Manager and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! It’s more than a Sales Coordinator role; it’s a position in which your mission will be to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position focuses on managing sales-related administrative tasks, facilitating communication between the Swiss market and headquarters, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your contribution:
1. You will process and follow up on orders from Swiss boutiques and wholesalers, prepare and follow up on sales proposals, issue invoices and credit notes with precision and timeliness.
2. You will manage stock levels and availability, ensuring accurate updates and reporting.
3. You will be accountable for responding to customer inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
4. You will provide administrative assistance to the Sales Operations Manager, Head of Sales, and Head of Retail.
5. You will be responsible for organization and documentation management, reports, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
6. You will act as a liaison between the Swiss market and various business departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
7. You will work closely with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
8. You will draft, translate, and manage professional correspondence in French and German, and you will assist in creating bilingual materials, including presentations, reports, and customer communications.

You will fit perfectly into our team if:
* You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position within the watch industry (ideally).
* You hold a diploma from Sales/Commercial education.
* You can put forward your solid experience in back-office administration.
* You have mastered the Windows environment (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and others) and you have strong skills in SAP.
* You speak English, German, and French fluently.
