About the Role
We are seeking an Optomechanical Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Wallisellen. The successful candidate will learn existing production processes, manufacture, and test complicated optomechanical assemblies. They will work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and adapt to existing assembly guidelines
* Work on existing and new production documentation
* Report to the production manager
* Cooperate with engineers to assist with everyday tasks
Requirements
* Training or degree in a technical field, preferably Optomechanics/Photonics or similar
* Relevant professional experience in assembly and production of high-tech optics and optomechanical assemblies
* Passionate about high-tech laser-based products
* Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English; German is a plus
* Good computer skills for managing documentation and reports (in English)
