Job Title: Insights Manager
Main Purpose and Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Insights Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills, a deep understanding of the professional dental environment, and the ability to connect disparate information to find innovative research solutions among professionals.
The Professional Insights Manager will have primary accountability for:
* Development of insights to drive healthcare professional programs across Colgate Europe through deep audience understanding.
* Build strong capabilities in healthcare professional research and linking to measurement and analytics of healthcare professional activities.
* Leveraging healthcare professional insights in business decision-making and strategy development to achieve business goals of growth and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build holistic understanding of healthcare professionals and influencers for Oral care including audience identification and consistent approach to advocacy/experience journeys.
* Understand unmet healthcare professional-patient needs today as well as trends and foresight relevant for the audience and guide business growth opportunities that emerge.
* Inform and guide creation of content for healthcare professionals as part of integrated brand experience as well as relevant media choice-channels.
* Understand CP equity among relevant audience both as 'brand' and 'customer'.
* Build measurement framework for healthcare professional activities to understand performance and guide investment choices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives while connecting consumer insights for specific initiatives (to be defined).
* Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
* Travel to key markets in Europe to participate in research and/or collaborate with local teams.
Critical Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience in Insights and Analytics gained either client-side or agency-side including international roles.
* Fluent English, German (an advantage).
* Experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, or 'Professional-centric' FMCG insights and analytics roles would be beneficial.
* An understanding of key insights methodologies (Quant-Qual, Journeys, Digital) is required. Some exposure to Measurement (Pharmacy Tracking) and Analytics methodologies (econometrics...) would also be beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability to build successful and effective partnerships, and influence stakeholders and decision-making at different levels of a matrix organization.
* Capability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.

* Demonstrated ability of business value creation through application of Insights and Analytics.
* Demonstrated ability to tell insightful stories and identify opportunities for growth through synthesis of multiple data points and insight.
* Genuinely curious and self-motivated; ready to solve stakeholder problems through creative research and analysis.
* Cross-functional collaborator, able to build strong relationships.
* Outstanding communication skills and presence, both in large meetings and day-to-day consults with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
* Highly organized in a highly complex environment.
* Ability to work with people across functions and organizational levels, and also remotely.
