Job Responsibilities: Lead the origination and execution of global energy infrastructure investments.
Develop and implement investment strategies to drive portfolio growth.
Oversee the due diligence process and financial modeling for potential investments.
Negotiate and structure complex transactions, including debt financing and offtake agreements.
Manage relationships with partners, sellers, and advisors to ensure successful deal execution.
Prepare and present investment proposals to the investment committee.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the investment portfolio.
Identify opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with the Asset Management team to manage post-financial close transitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor, Master’s degree or Ph.D. in business administration, finance, or engineering sciences.
8-10 years in infrastructure investments, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy, renewables sector.
Proven track record in leading complex transactions and managing investment portfolios.
Expertise in M&A, project financing, and financial modeling.
Strategic mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluent German is required for this position.
