Job Overview
The ideal candidate will lead and support customer, optimisation and improvement projects in the relevant area, introducing new products into wafer production.
Your Tasks:
* Create project plans and resource requirements for successful project implementation.
* Monitor and control project progress, allocating resources effectively.
* Perform risk assessments and develop measures to minimise risks, ensuring project success.
* Cordinate schedules with cross-functional teams, including PPS, Sales, external suppliers, and process engineers.
* Develop work and quality documents for new products in collaboration with other departments.
Your Profile:
* A degree in engineering (microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or automation) is required.
* Proven experience in leading customer, optimisation and improvement projects is essential.
* Familiarity with wafer production and the introduction of new products is necessary.
* Strong skills in creating project plans and resource requirements are required.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary for effective schedule coordination with various stakeholders.
* Good written and spoken English and German language skills are mandatory.
