ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commis de cuisine to join our W Verbier team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our guests in a timely and consistent manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Set up stations with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
* Promote sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Prior experience in a 5* hotel.
* Highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Detailed oriented and committed to quality.
* Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance.
IMPORTANT NOTES
* This position is available for the winter season 2024/2025, from December to March.
