On behalf of our Client, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract duration of one year.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Daily communication with customers via Teams and email.
* Handling and processing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Managing and monitoring customer orders to ensure seamless delivery.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for the international sales team.
* Coordinating with external partners, production, and logistics to facilitate smooth operations.
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of logistical processes and their interdependencies.
Your Qualifications:
* Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English languages.
* Basic knowledge of SAP software.
* Proven experience in customer interaction and escalation management.
* Strong customer orientation and exceptional communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel.
* Independent and structured work style.
