We are looking for a Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to support the sales team in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, business administration or a related field. A native Italian speaker with fluent English and an entrepreneurial mindset will thrive in this role.
The candidate can be based in Zurich or in Ticino and needs to work twice a week at the office in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the client base.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
* Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Italian native, English business fluent, German knowledge is a big plus.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Experience in cold calling / client acquisition is a must-have.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
