Missions
The jobholder will be managing campaigns for clients in the account management team and will report to the Head of Client Service, the Deputy Managing Director, and the Managing Director of the Swiss Office.
Media Campaign Management:
* Ensure each account has a clear trading strategy based on client goals.
* Be accountable for accuracy and quality of executed media campaigns (SEA, SMA, Display, Programmatic).
Account/Client Management:
* Create and maintain the client relationship.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered as expected by the clients.
* Create end campaign reports and any communication support to regularly update clients, using Excel, PowerPoint, and/or dashboarding.
* Ensure all weekly calls and emails are conducted in a timely fashion with clients to best ensure campaign delivery and efficient implementation of campaigns.
* Manage client invoicing and payment collection.
* Advise and guide clients on their digital strategy and drive their programmatic strategy and operational tactics.
Sales Development:
* Meet with your clients in a timely fashion (face to face or over the phone) to maintain the relationship and build trust and upsell your portfolio with all our offers (media, consulting).
* Participate in trade events, answer RFI/Q (Request For Information/Quote) from clients with the right strategy and campaign type to reach advertiser satisfaction.
* Execute the sales plan in order to increase the client yearly value for the company.
* Deliver visibility to the management using reporting documentation and our CRM tools.
Your Profile
* Languages: Fluent English and German imperative - other languages a plus.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in digital marketing.
* Personality: communication skills, analytical mind, empathy, and customer awareness.
* Business skills: dashboarding tools, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of tools such as Google Tag Manager and G4 is a plus.
