We are looking to strengthen the Commercial Operations Team with a Digital Performance Analyst (f/m/d) Work in collaboration with the commercial & marketing teams in supporting data analysis and producing campaign insights, KPIs and other deliverables. What you may expect: Define KPIs, measure and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and identifying areas for improvementProvide data validation and quality checks to maintain high data standards and ensure the reliability of insights and resultsManage out of the box dashboards on email performance metrics, and other platformsData extraction and combination across multiple platforms (Social Media, Portals and Landing Pages, Webinars, Teams, Google Analytics, etc.)Ability to provide a multichannel view through Power BI or other tools, integrating and visualizing data from all digital channelsDeliver actionable insights and be able to interpret and apply the insights effectively within a marketing contextSupport users by providing training on how to use dashboards, interpreting data, analyzing results effectively and applying findings to practical scenariosAct as a point of contact for users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with analytical tools and reportsDevelop business cases and scenarios that showcase the impact of digital marketing strategies and highlight areas for optimization Your skills and qualifications: At least 4+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field.Proficiency in digital marketing KPIs and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Ability to analyze data from different Social Media platforms using Brandwatch or other reporting tools, experience with Google AnalyticsStrong understanding of database structures and ability to extract, analyse, and interpret data is essentialExcellent analytical skills and numerical reasoningExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus You may expect a vibrant and adaptable work environment that supports the growth of your personal and academic skills.
