The Aga Khan Foundation is recruiting an Executive Assistant, Programmes and Operations based in Switzerland.
The Executive Assistant to Programmes and Operations Departments provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Programmes’ and Operations’ Departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role also involves supervising the Administrative Assistant, ensuring that administrative tasks are performed accurately and promptly. The tasks include all Departments’ logistics (visas; security clearances; flights; hotels; passport renewals; expenditures monitoring; Consultancy letters; meetings management; correspondences and databases management).
