Your responsibilities as an End User Business Development Manager will include:
* BUILDING A PIPELINE OF NEW ENTERPRISE OPPORTUNITIES FROM FORTUNE 2000 COMPANIES
* FIELD-BASED ROLE WITH REGULAR TRAVEL TO VISIT CUSTOMERS
* MANAGING AND DEVELOPING ASSIGNED NAMED END USER ACCOUNTS WITHIN YOUR REGION
* CLOSING OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET TARGETS
* DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING THE ACCOUNT STRATEGY FOR ALL END USER ACCOUNTS
* INTRODUCING LATEST PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS TO ALL OPPORTUNITIES
* SUPPORTING AND DELIVERING TRAINING TO CONSULTANTS AND SPECSIFIERS IN REGION AS REQUIRED
* CONDUCTING REGULAR MARKET ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE CUSTOMER NEEDS
* REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT TRADE SHOWS, CUSTOMER EVENTS, AND ASSOCIATION MEETINGS
* COLLABORATING ACROSS DIFFERENT BUSINESS AREAS IN HID TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS EFFICIENTLY
* MAINTAINING END USER AND CONSULTANT DETAILS, ACTIVITIES, AND OPPORTUNITIES USING CRM
* MAINTAINING UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL HID PRODUCTS AND COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS
* PREPARING AND SUBMITTING ACCURATE FORECASTS ON A REGULAR BASIS
We're looking for someone with:
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
* ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY BUT ALSO PART OF A TEAM
* HANDS-ON ATTITUDE WITH MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND PRIORITIZATION
* ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET TECHNICAL JOURNALS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
* EXCELLENT PLANNING, PRIORITY, AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS
* GOOD INITIATIVE AND ENTHUSIASM
* ABILITY TO REMAIN CALM UNDER PRESSURE
* CUSTOMER-FIRST APPROACH WITH A CLEAR CAN-DO ATTITUDE
Requirements include:
* BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT
* A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS
* Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
* PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SELLING PHYSICAL ACCESS CONTROL SOLUTIONS IS AN ADVANTAGE
* EXPERIENCE IN A SOLUTION SELLING ENVIRONMENT, SPECIFICALLY SAAS AND/OR CLOUD BASED LICENSING MODELS IS DESIRABLE
* EXPERIENCE IN USING SALESFORCE OR SIMILAR CRM PLATFORM
