Job Description:
We are seeking the best talent for the position of Manufacturing Supervisor LPF in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The role of the Manufacturing Supervisor LPF involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards, and leading the team professionally.
Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for coordinating workflows, implementing innovation projects, and continuously improving processes in a dynamic and highly technological environment.
Your Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Act as the primary contact on the shop floor regarding daily production operations and coordinate all activities of adjacent service departments.
2. Operate state-of-the-art filling systems in the sterile production area while adhering to all quality, quantity, and safety requirements according to current GMP guidelines.
3. Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned competency team.
4. Practical implementation of projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote innovation and technology.
5. Support departmental management in continuous process improvement.
6. Actively participate in defining practical workflows on the production line during the introduction of new products.
Your Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Completed vocational training as a chemical/pharmaceutical technician or completed technical/mechanical training, ideally in the context of chemical, pharmaceutical, or food production, or a Bachelor/Master's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering field.
2. Working in a GMP environment presents an interesting challenge for you and motivates you even in demanding situations.
3. Experience in the production of sterile products or other forms of pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
4. Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (7 days) is required.
5. Very good German language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory; English skills are desirable.
6. Experience in employee management qualifies you additionally.
