Job Description
1. Work closely with leaders across Technology and Finance functions to define and execute strategic initiatives.
2. Turn ideas into business cases and help in prioritizing various projects.
3. Prepare operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's cost optimization goals.
4. Prepare financial models that analyze monthly financial results in order to identify drivers and explain key variances.
5. Complete forecasts and modeling and ensure that results are timely and accurate.
6. Complete re-forecasting activities and updating/evolving forecast models.
7. Provide support during forecast/budget cycles with consolidation and tracking including stress testing.
8. Work with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures.
9. Prepare ad hoc departmental reports that analyze departmental financial results versus budget/forecasts.
10. Responsible for expense management, analytics, and enhancing the management reporting provided to the Business Finance Officer Teams.
11. Provide timely and effective management reporting and analytics around Revenue, Expenses, and Headcount.
12. Work on pass-through and alignment.
13. Assist in creating presentations for Executive Management.
14. Draft financial reports and presentations for management that inform business and financial decisions.
15. Seek guidance from senior management regarding challenges that require more advanced knowledge.
16. Engage in process improvement, automation, and transformation.
17. Automate routine reports for various expenses and KPIs.
18. Work closely with Account leads and teams in identifying system transformations and providing inputs from a Business Finance perspective.
19. Create business impact by providing effective financial reports to leaders to support decision making.
Job Description - Grade Specific

3. Solid PC skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
4. Financial reporting/analysis experience. Prior FP&A experience is a must.
