As a Global HR Business Partner, you will shape and guide the people strategy as a sparring partner to top executives and their teams (approximately 1,500 employees globally): the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Markets Officer, and Chief People & Culture Officer.
The position is based in SIG's headquarters in Neuhausen, am Rheinfall, Switzerland. In this capacity, you will also represent Switzerland for all employee-related topics, working closely with your team in Switzerland.
This role is part of the global People & Culture leadership team, responsible for leading and supporting HR functional initiatives and change programs. You will act as a sponsor and advocate for functional changes, capability, policy, and process evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance
* Support executive-level appointments, provide individual and team coaching, and leadership development.
* Design and implement organizational structures, processes, decision rights, and culture to align with ambitious business strategies, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
Talent
* Lead complex change projects from a people perspective, considering strategic talent management and organizational design.
* Collaborate with CoE to design and develop leadership programs.
* Identify critical capabilities and develop strategies for acquiring them externally or building them internally.
* Create actionable succession plans for key positions with diverse talent pipelines, working closely with leadership teams.
Culture
* Foster an environment that drives strong and sustainable employee engagement.
* Oversight of global functions' DE&I agenda, promoting a more inclusive culture, visible senior leader engagement, and addressing unconscious bias.
You bring these skills, experience, and education:
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on strategic partnership, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to partner with senior executives (CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, Markets, People & Culture) and support large-scale organizational transformations.
Global Perspective: Demonstrated capability in managing people strategy across multiple countries, understanding cultural and legal nuances in HR practices.
