For our client, a renowned Swiss SME based in Basel, we are currently seeking a Sales Consultant Life Science Products (f/m/d) to serve the Swiss Plateau, Western Switzerland, and Ticino.
The company specializes in the development and distribution of premium cell culture media, life science products, and laboratory equipment, and is recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personalized support to existing customers and expand the customer network
2. Identify market trends and customer needs proactively
3. Offer expert advice and sell proprietary products as well as innovative life science solutions
4. Maintain relationships with product suppliers and gather market intelligence
5. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
Your Profile
1. Background in a scientific field (e.g., cell biology, molecular biology)
2. Passion for engaging with customers and providing on-site consulting
3. Proficiency in French and German, with excellent command of English
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong persuasive abilities, and negotiation skills
