We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Online Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the management, tracking, and optimization of Social Media Advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads) and WhatsApp marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
* Track Social Media advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
* Monitor and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
* Execute WhatsApp Marketing strategy, supporting the sales team to qualify leads faster.
* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Design and develop ad assets optimized for each platform and audience.
* Partner with growth functions (Email, Social Media) to deliver effective campaigns in those channels.
* Monitor trends and industry updates to ensure campaigns are aligned with best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with overall business objectives.
* Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, keyword expansion, and campaign optimization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Social Media campaigns.
* Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
* Solid understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and conversion tracking.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
