Job Summary
We are seeking a professional to support the Front Office on new client adoption and account maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and maintain existing accounts
2. Evaluate the client onboarding process and propose improvements
3. Monitor the account opening and maintenance process, providing assistance as needed
4. Produce regular reports on account openings and propose actions for improvement
5. Contribute to periodic projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency
Requirements
1. Familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and client documentation
2. Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy
3. At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services, including new client adoption and account maintenance
4. Prior experience with Avaloq and Appway is an asset
5. Knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations is an asset
6. Excellent English language skills, French proficiency is a plus
