Your role
Are you a motivated, flexible team member with a positive attitude and analytical way of thinking? The main responsibilities of this role include:
Participating in hedge fund migration projects aiming to reduce risk by strategically transferring hedge fund positions from omnibus accounts into segregated accounts.
Preparing documentation and placing migration orders for hedge funds.
Acting as subject matter expert in Private Placement hedge fund Settlements.
Liaising between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of Client’s Assets.
Identifying Control Deficiencies and mitigating P&L and Reputational risk.
Contributing to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow.

Your team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non-Order Room and consolidates the end-to-end process of asset transfers for booking center CH. We offer the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team with many years of experience. In addition, we operate internationally within a F2B integrated business model. This position offers you interesting insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market, and infrastructure. Your expertise
Commercial education/diploma or comparable education. Higher graduation is an advantage.
Professional experience in Fund Administration, Fund Settlement, or Banking Operations.
Language Skills: fluent English, German is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and critically self-evaluate.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, an absolute team player, proactive, adaptable, with a solution-oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver the highest level of quality services).
Responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative.
Independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
