Responsibilities
* You are in charge of the collection, analysis, and negotiation of customer/stakeholder requirements, defining development baseline to ensure proper understanding of expectations.
* You specify and maintain the control system and sub-system requirements and document them in specifications.
* You define System Interface Requirements Specifications to clarify the boundary of the system of interest.
* You apply MBSE methods to ensure specification robustness.
* You perform concept studies, set up functional prototypes, implement models and simulations to evaluate system design & architectures, and are accountable for S-FMEA (supported by Quality).
* You manage, record, and track change requests while analyzing the impact on the system, sub-system, and other functionalities.
* You ensure versioning & configuration management of the system requirements.
* You ensure active claim management and root cause analyses.
* You define system acceptance criteria and corresponding validation strategy.
* You are responsible for the creation of functional, performance, robustness, and vulnerability tests.
* You perform validation, summarize test results, and analyze deviations.
Your Profile
* You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related domains.
* You bring previous experience in the Automotive or powertrain industry.
* You have experience with ASPICE SYS.x process & methods.
* You have knowledge in MBSE methodologies, processes, and tools.
* You are familiar with functional safety related development.
* You are familiar with automotive electronic HW and SW design and embedded system architecture.
* You are proficient in English (C1); a good command of French or German would be a plus.
* You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset.
