Job Summary and Mission
Located in Binningen, Switzerland, wizlynx group is a leading provider of cyber security services, serving a broad spectrum of international and local clients. We seek a strong Sales Manager candidate who thrives on new challenges, with a “can do” attitude and respects a global business environment.
This position contributes to the success of wizlynx group by effectively generating revenue via selling wizlynx group Switzerland products and services portfolio to new customers. Additionally, the position includes managing local partners and vendors to support the sales and business development process.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1. Identify business development activities to improve the market position and generate growth
2. Request, plan and execute business development activities
3. Provide leadership input from a business development perspective to assist in management decisions
4. Actively network within the eco system of wizlynx group Switzerland
5. Identify potential new clients
6. Interact with thought leaders to promote the position of wizlynx group Switzerland
Sales
7. Generate leads and use own contacts to build a strong pipeline
8. Submit the updated pipeline to defined group on a weekly basis
9. Efficiently plan sales calls, meetings, events, and visits
10. Ensure all sales tasks are being well managed and efficient in execution
11. Prepare deal calculations, offers and estimates, as well as presentations required to support any potential deal/opportunity within the defined timelines and customer expectation
12. Update the pipeline report weekly; coordinate with the wizlynx group Switzerland Leadership team to ensure the required capacity is available to fulfill new business
13. Define requirements of mature deals and opportunities, then drive decision making process to closure
14. Provide margin estimation of each opportunity to the management team to support decision making process
15. Lead the commercial sales process for any request for proposal (proposal, bidding, contract and PO) for new customers and new opportunities
16. Provide input to bidding process and/or proposal generation (for existing customers)
17. Contribute to the sales strategy globally
18. Develop and execute on sales tactics locally
19. Manage customer relationships
Vendor/Partner Management
20. Develop and maintain wizlynx group Switzerland vendor and partner list to support the sales tasks
21. Hold vendor review to ensure the engagement is a win-win for both wizlynx group Switzerland and the vendors/partners

EXPERIENCE
22. Minimum 5 years delivery experience in IT industry
23. 2 years of experience in Channel/Territory management and sales within the IT industry
24. Possess in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle
25. Strong communicator and confident individual
26. Knowledge of the Cyber Security services and industry
LANGUAGE SKILLS
27. Mandatory German language; Must be proficient in German (speech and writing)
28. Fluent in English (speech and writing); French optional
29. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
