We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team at the head office in Opfikon ZH. In this varied position, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and support the implementation of strategic marketing measures.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head of Marketing in various coordination and administrative tasks as well as in the planning and organization of marketing measures.
* Design of marketing and communication materials: Conception and creation of print and digital formats (such as graphics, flyers, brochures) using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office programs.
* Content creation and maintenance: Development and preparation of relevant text content in close cooperation with internal departments, including success stories, newsletters, LinkedIn posts and specialist articles.
* Social media management: Maintenance and further development of our social media channels. Development of creative content and campaigns to address our target group and increase brand awareness.
* Event organization and support: Planning and implementation of events and trade fairs, including concept development, invitation management and follow-up.
* Administrative activities: Preparation of presentations, reports and analysis. Coordination and management of marketing materials and communication with external service providers and partners.
Minimum Requirements
* Completed commercial training or completed studies
* Further training in marketing, communication an advantage, lateral entry possible
* Very good user knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Confident handling of CMS, SEO, SEA and social media (including LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
* Excellent language skills in German (native speaker) and English, both written and spoken
* Enjoy editing and writing texts as well as an independent way of working with a high affinity for technical topics, B2B experience an advantage
* Experience in planning and implementing events and trade fairs an advantage
* Good organizational and administrative skills
* Reliable and precise way of working
* Flexible and team-oriented personality
