Responsibilities Contact person for GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
Preparation of client’s offers
Coordination of audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
Handling of clients issues
Contacting clients before and after audits
Approval of auditors invoices
Upload of documents to Sharepoint / ePac
Vacation deputies for other back office employees
Qualifications
Basic commercial education and if possible further training
Several years of experience within the same position
Fluent in German and good knowledge in English
Handling with modern PC applications
Good organizational and communication skills
