Connect 44 are hiring for an Administrator/Admin Specialist to join the team based in Lausanne.
The role requires Chinese and French Speakers with an Administration Background.
This is a permanent opportunity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc.
2. Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
3. Perform a IFM representative in Lausanne office, closely work with local team to manage local office IFM from internal and external compliance perspective.
4. Internal meeting/event planning
5. Design the effective internal communication and manage the admin official account in social media platform
6. Team work with other team members on business related projects
7. Additional support in close collaboration with team during peak season
Profile
8. 3+ years experience as an administrator or admin assistant
9. Degree in business administrator or related subject
10. Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
11. Service oriented, and confident personality
12. Creative thinking
13. Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
14. Candidate must demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
15. Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
16. High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
17. Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
18. Fluency in Chinese oral and written
19. Fluency in English and French
