Job Description:
As the GMS project manager, you will be at the center of Sobi’s growth ambition. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects, including Launch, Lifecycle, and Divestment. You describe yourself as a strong customer- and service-oriented personality that can connect the dots across countries and functions. You show a high level of flexibility, work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment, and can adapt to the ever-changing business environment.
Being accountable for structuring and planning all assigned projects, leading the project teams, and driving execution of project tasks to implement requested deliverables on time is critical.
You will play a vital role in contributing to improve processes and systems to implement launch, lifecycle, and divestment projects more effectively in line with Sobi’s growth ambition.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive project management for product launches and lifecycle initiatives (such as Tech Transfers) with all cross-functional stakeholders while applying a patient-focused and demand-driven mindset.
* Work closely with product team leads (sponsors of projects) to ensure project objectives are aligned with Sobi’s and product strategy goals.
* Establish and maintain excellent and collaborative relations with global, local, and functional stakeholders.
* Drive alignment with commercial and technical operations regarding supply and commercial strategy for the product(s) and translate market/launch requirements to supply chain capabilities.
* Secure, analyze, and monitor initial demand plans for launches and switch plans for lifecycle projects, identify deviations to plan, and lead mitigation activities in cooperation with Supply Operations, External Manufacturing, S&OP, Regulatory, Product Teams, Finance, and GSAT as required.
* Support the continuous development of capabilities (skills, processes, systems) to make launches and lifecycle projects more efficient.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you are a leader with the ability to manage challenging decisions in a logical and compliant manner, are comfortable in a global and complex environment with a holistic business understanding. You have the skills to influence external suppliers and internal stakeholders in a cross-functional environment to foster decisions and propose solutions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully across different countries, functions, and management levels, and will bring the following profile:
* Extensive knowledge and experience of complex project management in a supply chain/external manufacturing environment.
* 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry within similar roles and complexity.
* Good knowledge of supply chain, launch, and lifecycle processes as well as manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment.
* Demonstrated experience of effective collaborative leadership to manage and develop cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience of working in a cross-functional matrix environment and evidence of successful collaboration with internal and external parties.
* University degree in life sciences preferable combined with a degree in business management or supply chain.
* GMP/GDP experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a business environment across multiple levels of seniority.
* Proficiency in the use of project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet) and ERP systems.
