First point of contact for our internal customers in the event of hardware, software and network problems
Problem analysis and resolution of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support, remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site and incident monitoring
Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
Administration of Microsoft servers
Supervision of software and hardware inventory
Drafting and updating technical documentation
Active participation in various integration projects
Minimum Requirements Apprenticeship in Computer science or relevant experience and first experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Windows Server and 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, SQL and other related Microsoft Products
Team oriented, you enjoy working with people and can manage priorities
French or German mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language; English is a plus
