We are seeking an experienced Head of Data, AI and Reporting, to lead our company’s data and AI strategy and execution.
This senior leadership role is pivotal in building and managing an enterprise data platform and architecture, overseeing the delivery of data science and AI initiatives, data visualization and reporting capabilities, establish robust (master) data management and governance practices and drive effective data and AI portfolio management.

Your key responsibilities:
As our Head of Data, AI and Reporting, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance data platforms.
2. Ensure the data architecture supports business needs and adheres to best practices for data management and governance.
3. Oversee data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and accessibility.
4. Access and build DataOps and MLOps capabilities integrating data and machine learning operations into the product development lifecycle to ensure a product mindset.
5. Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
6. Assessing Generative AI Capabilities: Evaluating the current landscape of Generative AI technologies, including their strengths, limitations, and potential applications within the context of the business strategy.
7. Oversee the creation of data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
8. Ensure the development of standardized reporting mechanisms that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
9. Promote the use of interactive and user-friendly visualization tools to enhance data literacy and accessibility.
10. Manage a portfolio of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
11. Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact and ROI of data initiatives.
12. Monitor and report on the progress, outcomes, and business value of data projects.
13. Build a comprehensive data strategy outlining how an organization will collect, manage, analyze, and utilize data to support and align with its overarching business objectives and goals.
14. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
15. Implement and oversee data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
16. Establish data management practices that support effective data lifecycle management and data stewardship
17. Lead master data management (MDM) initiatives to ensure operational efficiency in key processes by maintaining consistent and accurate master data across the organization
18. Create a product ownership across functions that will define and drive the development of AI-powered products or features to meet business objectives and user needs.
19. You will work closely with other senior leaders to align data strategies with overall business goals.
20. Represent the data and AI function in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
21. Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

You bring:
29. Degree qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
30. Experience in data management, data science, and AI in a leadership role.
31. Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale data platforms and architectures.
32. Strong knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
33. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting frameworks.
34. Excellent portfolio management skills, with a track record of delivering successful data and AI projects.
35. Skills in creating data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
36. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
37. Demonstratable ability to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and data science.
