The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of a hotel. They will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, optimizing financial performance, and recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. A strong F&B background is essential for this role.
Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals
Manage daily hotel operations, including F&B, front desk, and housekeeping
Oversee business finances, including budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
Recruit, onboard, and train new hires on business practices
Drive employee development and create a strong team culture
Ensure that the quality of service and guest experience meets high standards
Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a seasonal operation
Strong F&B experience – ability to oversee and optimize restaurant & bar operations
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrated leadership skills – ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
Fluent in French & English (German is a plus)
EU passport required
