Job Title: Sales Representative (Area Manager)
Location: Switzerland (Basel + Area)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure and maintain customer care in the area while adhering to the visit strategy.
* Expand distribution in pharmacies and drugstores for the newly introduced dermocosmetic brand.
* Implement sales promotion measures, including secondary and shelf placements, displays, etc., with pharmacy and drugstore customers to achieve top placement.
* Submit various offers and support customers in purchasing decisions.
* Continuously analyze customer sales and implement measures to achieve targets.
* Plan and conduct training for the pharmacy and drugstore team.
* Quickly process orders, customer inquiries, and complaints.
* Actively maintain data in the CRM program.
* Regularly and actively exchange market changes with the extended sales team.
Requirements:
* Training as a druggist, druggist HF, pharma assistant, or paramedical training and/or further training as a pharma consultant.
* Communicative, extroverted, and success-oriented personality with strong sales flair and a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
* 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the OTC or dermocosmetic area.
* Residence in the sales area.
* Fluent German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
* Good knowledge of current software systems (e.g., CRM system, MS Office, etc.).
