Key Responsibilities
* Create a clear product vision and derive the product strategy and roadmap while considering commercial goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that relevant requirements and targets are met.
* Plan and manage product strategies throughout their life cycle, ensuring differentiation and market relevance.
* Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and react to changes in the market.
* Develop business cases for new products and projects, including financial models to support informed investment decisions.
* Act as a central interface for stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication with customers at all levels.
* Create technical documents to present complex issues, supporting internal and external presentations.
Requirements
* Hold a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field; an MBA is an advantage.
* Have several years of experience in product management, ideally in a technical industry.
* Possess knowledge of portfolio management and product strategy development, with strong financial skills.
* Excel in market development through analysis and documentation of customer and market requirements.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
* Be proficient in English, with German and French being an advantage.
* Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* Show strong emotional intelligence to act as an interface between customers and internal departments.
