Your IMPACT:
Technical support for project management and project teams in all quality-related project matters.
Initiation and implementation of improvement and quality projects (e.g., Lessons Learned and 8D reports) within the Solution Center organization as well as with internal and external suppliers.
Establishment of internal quality reporting for the project organization.
Support of the project team in root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues, as well as in the documentation and implementation of corrective actions.
Development of a quality culture within the organization supported by regularly presented results.
Participation in the management meetings of the Solution Center as the 'Voice of Quality'.
Your main places of work are our projects throughout the region, the workshops of our partners and suppliers, or our own production plants.

Your profile:
Technical vocational training with further training as a technician or a technical bachelor's degree.
Professional experience and good knowledge in project and/or quality management, in the field of system business, as well as knowledge of project and manufacturing processes.
High analytical and structuring skills as well as a systematic way of working.
Experience in consulting, coaching, and good moderation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of German and English.
Possession of a Class B driver's license.
