Job Description: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing FinTech company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our company's website. You will oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities Managing the company's website and social media presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and generates leads
Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and content marketing
Delivering the SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue
Optimizing user experience, lead funnels, and landing pages to increase interactivity and obtain high conversion rates
Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing regular reports to the leadership team
Working closely with other members of the marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing across all channels
Working closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture existing leads
Managing and growing the company's community, including moderating and engaging with community members on social media and other online platforms, as well as developing and implementing strategies to foster engagement and loyalty among its members
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into the digital marketing strategy as appropriate
Qualifications / Skillset Bachelor’s degree minimum
First successful 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software, technology, or financial crime.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Native English speaker preferred. Additional language (French or German) is a plus.
Strategic thinking and planning
Experience with digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
Knowledge of web analytics and experience with data-driven decision making
Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tool
Understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search engines
Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
Strong interest in banking, technology, and financial crime
Driven and flexible with a positive attitude
