Youwill collaborate with key stakeholders to implement innovativesolutions that optimize processes and improve performance inFinance and HR. RESPONSIBILITIES · Business Insight: Develop astrong understanding of core business areas in Finance and HR todrive digital initiatives effectively. · Strategic Alignment: Workwith executives to ensure digital initiatives align with businessgoals and strategies. · Digital Roadmap: Collaborate withstakeholders to create a three year technology roadmap aligned withbusiness objectives. · Project Portfolio Management: Build amid-term project portfolio focused on business priorities,leveraging digital solutions. · Demand Management: Gather andprioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with availabledigital team resources. · Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strongrelationships with business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor ondigital transformation. · Consultation & Expertise: Advisebusiness functions on digital innovations, best practices, andopportunities for improvement. · Change Leadership: Drive theadoption of digital initiatives, fostering a culture of innovationand continuous improvement. · Market Awareness: Stay informed onthe latest digital trends and solutions to assess their relevanceto Omya’s strategy. · Project Management: Manage multiple projectsefficiently, applying project management tools and methodologies.QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a multinationalcompany of a similar size in a comparable role (IT or Business). ·Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and align Digitalinitiatives with business strategies and objectives. ·Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to effectively engage and influencestakeholders at all levels. · Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt tochanging business needs and priorities in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment. · Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of IT / OTsystems, technologies, and trends, with the ability to assess theirsuitability and impact on business operations. · Ability to speakmultiple languages, but negotiation-level skills in masteringEnglish is a must · Location: Oftringen, Switzerland (Hybrid; 3days in-office, 15-20% travel availability) Jan Mischler, HRBusiness Partner, T +41 79 156 74 11 Apply Now
