Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Relationship Manager, Head of Israel at DB Switzerland, to lead our team in servicing existing clients and acquiring new ones.
1. Establish a client-facing team to service the bank's existing Israeli clients, including those covered by the Tel Aviv team.
2. Provide leadership to junior colleagues in day-to-day dealings with existing clients. Recruit and onboard Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives candidates.
3. Develop high-value relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, Single/Multi Family Offices, and Foundations for our Israel Market.
4. Conduct market research on potential clients, prepare calls and meetings to offer private Banking services & products, and assess market potential.
5. Offer tailored solutions for existing and potential clients, in close collaboration with dedicated Investment Advisors and product specialists.
6. Participate in goal-setting to ensure financial goals are achievable and manage annual asset, revenue, and expense budgets.
7. Ensure seamless client onboarding with regard to legal requirements and internal support functions.
8. Maintain accurate records of prospect and client information.
9. Promote business development through public relations and marketing activities, such as presentations and social events.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 7 years' experience in Financial Services, specifically in client maintenance roles.
2. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
3. In-depth knowledge of Swiss and Israeli financial regulations and cross-border compliance.
4. Proven experience in managing bank processes, such as client onboarding and KYC, and related risks.
5. Comprehensive understanding of financial instruments, markets, and Private Banking products and services.
6. Strong market knowledge and cultural awareness of the Israeli Market.
7. Fluency in English; Hebrew is not required but would be an asset.
8. The ability to work with diverse teams and clients and exceptional communication skills.
9. Excellent sales and marketing abilities, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
10. A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
