Full Stack Developer, Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic Full Stack Developer with expertise in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications while also managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other online platforms. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the department's graphic designer, creating visual content and editing videos for all marketing campaigns and collaterals. This role requires a unique combination of technical, creative, and marketing skills, ensuring seamless website functionality, effective digital and social media marketing strategies, and engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development:
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, Python, or other modern frameworks.
* Manage front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth user experience and database management.
* Implement API integrations, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
* Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
* Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
* Develop and execute Google Ads and social media advertising (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
* Optimize ad campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic reach.
* Manage website tracking, retargeting strategies, and performance analytics.
* Collaborate with content creators and designers to enhance marketing strategies.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
* Create visually compelling graphics, banners, and marketing materials for digital and print campaigns.
* Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional content.
* Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
* Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
* Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing performance to provide insights and recommendations.
* Generate detailed reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
* Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
* Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
* Hands-on experience managing ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
* Ability to analyze data and optimize digital marketing strategies based on insights.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Italian (min C1 level).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with AI/ML-driven marketing optimizations.
* Knowledge of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
* Experience with serverless computing and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.).
* Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketing for online stores.
