Are you an experienced and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager eager to take on the challenges of a high-growth AI-driven PropTech startup? Optiml is looking for a visionary marketing leader to build our global marketing function from the ground up.
As our first marketing hire, you will take full ownership of strategy, execution, and scaling efforts across multiple international markets, ensuring that Optiml establishes itself as the leader in Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI). Now, we need an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help us position Optiml as the leading force in global real estate transformation.
Tasks
Key Objectives
As Growth Marketing Manager, your core focus will be:
1. Establishing "Real Estate Decision Intelligence" (REDI) as a recognized global category.
2. Driving qualified inbound lead generation and increasing customer conversion rates.
3. Shortening sales cycles by implementing high-impact growth strategies.
4. Spearheading global thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
5. Scaling our brand presence across key international markets.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target key decision-makers in real estate, sustainability, and finance.
* Implement advanced marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and AI-driven personalization strategies to optimize conversion rates.
* Outreach to global media and communications companies to establish Optiml as a thought leader in the industry.
* Leverage data analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO, CRM tools) to continuously optimize marketing efforts and track ROI.
* Develop customer marketing programs to increase retention and expansion within existing accounts.
* Refine Optiml’s market positioning within the REDI category, differentiating it from existing PropTech & sustainability solutions.
* Lead the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, ensuring seamless execution across messaging, channels, and customer touchpoints.
* Create high-impact customer success stories and case studies that amplify Optiml’s credibility and market reach.
* Conceptualize and execute global events (conferences, panels, webinars) with a focus on maximizing brand impact and customer engagement.
* Identify and validate high-value marketing channels, including email campaigns, paid media, industry partnerships, and digital PR.
* Develop and optimize sales enablement materials to support sales teams in closing high-value enterprise deals.
* Spearhead global thought leadership initiatives by building strategic partnerships with key organizations.
* Work closely with founders to develop high-value content.
* Manage PR efforts and secure media coverage by coordinating with top-tier journalists and industry influencers.
* Enhance and execute Optiml’s social media and digital platform strategy.
* Manage external designers, animators, and brand agencies to create compelling marketing materials.
* Ensure consistent brand identity across all materials.
Requirements
Who You Are
You are a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and an execution powerhouse. You have a passion for AI, sustainability, and real estate innovation, and you're excited by the opportunity to shape a global brand from the ground up.
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth marketing in an early-stage company.
* MBA / Business and/or Consulting background.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products across international markets.
* Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising and tools.
* Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* A sense for design and corresponding toolkit.
* A hands-on, execution-driven approach.
* Swiss or EU citizenship.
Bonus Skills:
* Experience in Real Estate, CleanTech, or PropTech.
* Experience working with industry bodies and sustainability-focused organizations.
* Experience running high-impact PR campaigns.
* Knowledge of AI-driven marketing strategies and automation tools.
