Zenith Therapeutics is redefining drug discovery through a new approach to protein degradation. Our team has identified key ligases that govern the turnover of hard-to-drug transcription factors and convert these pairs into druggable protein-protein interfaces. With an initial focus on oncology and immune modulation, we are committed to advancing highly impactful precision medicines across multiple disease areas.
Headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, Zenith was created by Ridgeline Discovery, a Versant Ventures Discovery Engine, and is backed by leading investors in the biotech sector.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Research Associate joining Zenith’s drug discovery and screening team. The successful candidate will have profound experience in small molecule screening using cell-based as well as biochemical assays. Profound experience in the field of induced proximity and targeted protein degradation technologies is a strong plus. Your role will be to develop and optimize a variety of key assays and execute screens with Zenith’s library and screening setup.
You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with proven organizational skills and with a strong scientific background to impact our early target discovery pipeline and later stage lead optimization campaigns.
This Basel-based position offers a tremendous opportunity to support one of Versant Ventures’ latest portfolio companies in an experienced, vibrant, and dynamic biotech team.
