In-House Press Coordinator
Responsibilities
Oversee all press inquiries, building on existing relationships with media and stylists, and actively working on new prospects.
Increase awareness of the brand by actively pitching products, news stories, features, aligned images, and new launches of the season.
Work alongside production and sales teams.
Draft press materials.
Manage the database of media, stylists, and influencers.
Assist in seasonal press sample ordering.
Participate in sample management and clear labeling at the start of the season with Fashion GPS.
Ensure timely and cost-effective sample shipping and packaging.
Proactively manage appropriate teams regarding missing samples, system discrepancies, or potential borrowing of samples.
Maintain a high level of sample organization, storage, and preparation for archiving.
Manage all image requests from wholesale partners.
Log ticket requests, manage writing and distributing show invitations, printing labels, and booking couriers.
Additional Seasonal Tasks:
Assist with look-book, e-commerce, and any internal shoot.
Provide support for any external events, like Paris sales PR assets and press credits.
Manage and distribute all show tools to PR and sales teams immediately after the show.
Track and archive press credits.
Daily track online coverage.
Assist in the planning and organization of press and customer events.
Continuously work with the greater brand image in mind, regardless of specific tasks or projects.
Requirements:
English (spoken + written) - full proficiency.
Previous experience in the field - at least 3 years.
